Help with MileMouse

Support options

For MileMouse product support or a privacy request, open the MileMouse listing in the Microsoft Store app and use its Publisher info section for the current contact details.

For Microsoft Store billing, refund, account, or delivery issues, use Microsoft Support.

Quick checks

• If the dashboard is not visible, look for MileMouse in the Windows hidden-icons area and choose Open dashboard.
• If counts are not changing, look for a Resume action in the dashboard or tray menu. If it appears, tracking is paused.
• For distance accuracy, open calibration from Settings or the tray menu and choose Manual, Monitor, or Ruler.

Report a problem

Please include only the details needed to reproduce the issue:

• Your MileMouse version and Windows version.
• The steps you took, what you expected, and what happened.
• The exact wording of any MileMouse error message.

Do not send passwords, typed content, activity data files, your MileMouse data folder, license identifiers, or screenshots containing sensitive information. MileMouse support does not need key content to investigate counting issues.

Store and Pro status

MileMouse is available from Microsoft Store. The permanent Free tier includes live daily totals, core settings, calibration, and the newest seven history rows.

MileMouse Pro is an optional one-time purchase made inside the app. Microsoft Store handles purchase, restore, billing, tax, refunds, account services, and entitlement delivery. Use Microsoft Support for Store account or transaction issues.

MileMouse counts aggregate activity, never typed content. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the complete current disclosures.
